Authenticity Guarantee
Every piece sold by Molly Gemstone is natural Type A jadeite — untreated, undyed, and free from polymer impregnation or chemical enhancement. We source directly from trusted Burmese and Guatemalan suppliers and personally inspect each stone before listing.

- Independent gemological certificates available on request for most pieces $200 USD and above
Our promise: if our Type A claim is ever proven false by a certified gemological lab, we offer a full refund plus return shipping cost — no questions asked.
Shipping
Ships from Canada (Vancouver) or the USA, depending on inventory location.
Processing time
1–3 business days. Each piece is hand-inspected, photographed, and packaged before dispatch.
Delivery estimates
- North America: 5–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days (excluding customs processing)
All international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes in the destination country. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not collected by Molly Gemstone.
Insurance & tracking
All orders ship with tracking. Insurance is included on orders above $200 USD. For higher-value pieces, signature on delivery is required.
Returns & Customer Care
Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, we ask buyers to read item descriptions and check sizing carefully before placing an order. We are always happy to answer questions, send additional photos, or hold a piece for 24 hours while you decide.
General returns (pendants, bracelets, charms, necklaces)
Returns accepted within 48 hours of delivery if the item remains unused and in original condition.
- Item must be returned with original packaging and any included gifts
- Original shipping & insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping
Earrings
Due to hygiene considerations, earrings are not eligible for return or refund. Please reach out before purchase if you have any questions.
Rings
Due to the fragile nature of ring bands, returns on rings are not accepted. Please make sure the size will fit before placing your order.
Bangles
Due to the fragile nature of bangles and the importance of correct sizing, returns on bangles are not accepted. Please make sure the size will fit before placing your order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the item in full, including return shipping if applicable.
Payment
All transactions are processed securely through Etsy's payment platform. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Etsy gift cards. Molly Gemstone does not see, store, or have access to your payment information.
Privacy
Molly Gemstone does not collect personal information through this website. All purchases are processed through Etsy and are governed by Etsy's Privacy Policy. The product gallery on this site is generated from publicly listed Etsy items; clicking any product card redirects you to Etsy for purchase.
